The British Rail class 58 is a heavy freight locomotive.

A total of 50 were built at Doncaster Works between 1982 and 1987.

Wholesale withdrawals by EWS began in late 1999 with the last locomotive being withdrawn in September 2002.

In subsequent years a number of class 58’s have been exported to Spain and the Netherlands.

This dvd features class 58’s in a variety of liveries including Mainline, Railfreight and EWS.

Locomotive working MGR coal, sand, stone, enterprise, rubbish, LPG, oil tankers, steel, light engine and double headed.

Locations across the Midlands, South West, Wales and London.
