Pack of 4 Christmas Cards + Envelopes: Christmas Knight at Basingstoke

Featuring: Sir Galahad was a member of the King Arthur class of Southern Railway passenger locomotives that ran on the Waterloo (London) to Bournemouth line in the 1940s and 50s. King Arthur class ‘Sir Galahad’ is seen working it’s last winter in 1959 before being withdrawn for scrapping.

Withdrawn in May 1960 and is seen deputising for a failed express. Winter scene, snow scene under the signal gantry (semaphores) at Basingstoke Station in a wonderful timepiece. Steam Engines, Trains, Locomotives.

Each card is 7’’ x 5’’.

Each pack of four Christmas Cards are all of the same design with the message “Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year”.

Envelopes included.
