Departure from Norwich was from Platform 5 at 14.40, arriving at Liverpool Street at 16.21 on 13th August 2001.

At speeds of up to 100 mph, we stop at only two other stations – at Ipswich and Colchester although 23 stations are passed through with over 20 junctions and crossovers.

We will see class 66s, 86s, 90s and EMUs throughout our journey.
