Steam on Tour Dvd

During the 1960s the railtour became an integral part of steam operations.

As the steam era drew to its close throughout the UK, the interest, extent and scope of the railtour increased steadily and at the same time attracted widespread publicity.

Using high quality 16mm colour film taken by Kenneth Oldham MBE this production looks at classic railtours of the period against the backdrop of working steam.
