Motoring Memories Dvd

A programme by Totally Archive.

As the name suggests all the footage on this dvd is archive amateur footage.

We do not pad out our dvds with contemporary footage or still photography – all ‘Totally archive’.

All the footage was shot on silent film but we include interesting informative commentary where appropriate.

This dvd uses unseen amateur footage to show the changes in the design of cars from the very early days through to the early 1970s when we feel that the individuality of smaller companies was replaced by the blandness of multi-national corporations.

From garage proprietors, young enthusiasts, to proud owners who recorded their pride and joy on celluloid, this dvd is an evocative record of times never to be seen again.

This DVD uses clips from a variety of sources using both black/white and colour footage.

Rolls Royces in the 1930s.

The war years to the 1950s and 1960s.

Car park at Wimbledon.

Humber 12.

This evocative footage is a must for anybody with a love of the heyday of British motoring.

Approx. 58 minutes.

This dvd is being sold on behalf of and with full permission of the copyright owner - Totally Archive.
